Who am I?

Hi! Thank you for coming by and checking out my blog. My name is Autumn Gavora. I am a two time thyroid cancer survivor. I am a wife to my high school sweetheart. I am a child of God. I am currently an immunologist researcher at Emory Medical School. I was previously a microbiology instructor the University of West Georgia.

The last three years of my life I have been living it in an out of Emory hospital (and now I work there). I was going through surgeries, treatments, and non-stop doctors appointments. Throughout my journey I have learned so much and I figured I would use this platform to share it.

So, here I am creating my very own lifestyle blog. In this little haven I will be sharing all the things I love as well as my journey through cancer. I will also be sharing some of my favorite things that I stumble across including clothes, shoes, skin care, recipes, and traveling here and there. I will also be sharing my on going life struggles of a newly thirty year old! As well as some little bits from my day to day.
