I typically get my blood work done every four months as I am still a thyroid cancer patient so its highly important for me to know my numbers. The biggest part to this is to make sure you do the first step as soon as you get your box. You absolutely have to register your box so that they can match your samples that you send in with YOU. If you do not do this and forget then you will not get your results! I almost forgot.. so this is why I am putting this here.

As you can see from the video everything was relatively easy. My biggest word of advice to make sure you are fully hydrated before you do this. The more hydrated you are the easier the blood will flow. Also make sure your hands are warm. If they are cold that means you veins have restricted and your blood flow is reduce which means you aren't going to get enough blood out of that finger for all of the dots to be filled.
After sending in my sample I received an email a few days later telling me that my results were ready for viewing. This was the part of the test that I was anxiously awaiting. These results would determine if I was going to actually share this product with you. Low and behold, the results were accurate as I had just gotten my testing done prior to this.
When you log in you will see your thyroid testing lab results just like you see in the image to the right. You can click on each of these and they will explain exactly what they are and what they do in your body. You will realize through reading your results just how important your thyroid is. The green check marks mean that those hormones and enzymes are being appropriately maintained within your body. The red exclamation point means that something is not right. I knew before I even sent off my bloodwork that I was going to have something wrong with my TSH its just a part of dealing with thyroid cancer. You learn to expect this. These results are not expected if you have never had thyroid issues though. If your TSH is as low as mine it would indicate you had hyperthyroidism which is something that needs to be fixed!
